1st Dipton Scout Group

Dipton is a former pit village located in the district of Derwentside in County Durham in the north east of England.

The group has been running continuously since 1929 and is almost unique, being a joint Scout and Guide group.

We have three Scout Group sections, which provide a wide range of exciting activities for young people aged between 6 and 14.
